today I go back to hospital to see my consultant/surgeon. This appointment was originally booked for the 18th but they've brought it forward. Maybe she's going skiing????
I have considerable pain in my breast and it's still quite swollen. I'm hoping she'll tell me she can operate to remove the residual hard tissue left from surgery and radiotherapy. I don't think I can live with it the way it is as it's too painful. Here goes...........
ps it's a year to the day I had my first operation there under local anesthetic to remove my sentinal nodes........gulp!

ReplyDeleteAh thanks lovely. Me & the cheeselets sat for 2 1/2 hours waiting to see the consultant. After he examined me he prescribed industrial strength anti-inflamatories and I have to go back in 12 weeks to see if the swelling has gone down......crikey this is a long slog!!!!!
