walking in the bluebells

The bluebells are out and they're stunning.
Ashridge looks amazing in it's blue coat.

  1. Hey Mrs Cheese

It's certainly been a good spring for the 'bells. Plenty plenty even here in traffic-clogged norf London.

Have you heard about this new magazine Oh Comely? http://ohcomely.co.uk/ I saw it and immediately though of yous. In their own words: 'It wages a delightful war on the gossip, vanity and pink that disfigure mainstream lifestyle magazines. Imagine sitting down with a cup of tea and a creative friend to hear all the strange things she says, all the curious stuff she does, and about the things she loves.'

Get in touch with them, who knows where it could lead...

Hope you're well and fighting the good fight. Thanks for your comment on my Ondine review. I'd also really recommend The Father of My Children, Lourdes and The Milk of Sorrow.

I'm off to play tennis now. Love being unemployed in the spring!

  2. Hi Mr Thomas,
Sounds like you're having fun on the dole. I'm spending far too much time eating (my wonderful band of friends and their fantastic feasts) and surfing the web. Off to the cinema tomorrow for a matinee, seeing A single man (I know it's a bit mainstream for you). Thanks for the film tips and I'll look out for them at the Rex. You should come over some time, you'd love it.
Happy tennis playing and see you soon xx
