Not being a particular fan of The Potter
(read first book but failed at the others)
We ventured forth to Potter World - Land of wizardry
(down the road in Watford).
IT WAS ABSOLUTELY BLUMMIN' BRILLIANT AND EVERYTHING!
I want to go again and peer through the world of Potter.........!
This looks like so much fun! I loved the books but got a bit lost with the movies. Fun snaps by the way :)
ReplyDeleteI know, we went a few weeks a go. We had a FABULOUS time too. I'm not a potter fan but I love films and film set, costumes etc. so a perfect day. My kids loved it too x
ReplyDeleteI am a complete and utter Potter fan. I've read all the books several times and love to get lost in the magic of the story. The books are also pretty dark, and I find that really appealing. It's not just froth for children! I know I sound a tad pathetic at 44! I didn't read them for ages as I thought, "they can't be that great, what's all the hype?" Then a friend pressed them on me and challenged me to read them and I was hooked! It looks like you had a fabulous time! Em ♥
ReplyDeleteI started reading the first HP book to my little man but got a bit bored with it. Eventually we (I) gave up and David Walliams replaced it. The studios look fun though and I know little man would love it. We may pay a visit. M x
ReplyDeleteOh lucky you! My daughter went a couple of weeks back with a friend, and came back absolutely brimming with praise and excitement! I intend to go, sometime when it's not school holidays, so i can enjoy it without loads of kids in the way!!!

I MUST GET TO HARRY POTTER LAND!!!
ReplyDeleteAah, it's fantabulous! We went back in April and had the most amazing time. Definitely going to go back at some point. The detail of the costumes was incredible and looking forward to walking through Diagon Alley again. Glad you had fun there.
