We took delivery of the very exotic sounding Salmon Koulibiac . Very clever of Mrs Salmon to opt for an eponymous dish. It was a really tasty salmon, vegetable and rice parcel and I had to have 2 portions (can't let Mr Cheese eat all the pie). Paul thinks Koulibiac is posh for pasty (he's from up north you know).Thank you Mrs S. It was delicious x
